- The BBM harvesters group has organized this first outreach.
- The whole church shall go to this outreach.
- Location local leaders already informed.
- Meeting venue already identified and local leaders have approved it.
- Outreach publicity to begin this week through posters, fliers and some hired public announcements.
- There shall be a hired sound equipment (PA System).
- The Praise Team shall leave for the outreach at 10.00 am for them to start singing at the meeting venue before the actual event time. This attracts more people.
- All people shall leave for the outreach at 11.30 am on their personal transport money but on the same hired transport vehicles.
- From 12.00pm to 13.30pm shall be door to door evangelism.
- The crusade starts at 14.00pm
- Senior Pastor Jimmy Chirambo is the one to preach the word of truth, and shall lead people into confession and repentance prayer.

- Hiring of sound equipment= MK85,000 (USD $49.00)
- Equipment and Praise Team transportation= MK80,000 (USD $46.00)
- Transportation for people (two buses)= MK280,000 (USD $162.00)

Greetings mommy! Hope you are doing well by the grace of God. Your whole family is also doing great here.
I would like to report on the yesterday’s and today’s meeting on the outreach (Great Jesus Crusade) preparations.
As of today, I would like to report to you that the ministry has managed to collect transport money from 86 ministry members totaling to MK196,000 (USD 113). These 86 members are from the 150 members who registered to go to the outreach (Great Jesus Crusade). Meaning 64 members are still struggling to find their transport money. BUT, the 86 who have already paid is a good number we can go with to the outreach if the remaining 64 will not find their transport money.
The big problem now is the money for hiring and transporting the sound equipment to the crusade venue. We need to raise the MK85,000 (USD 49) for hiring the sound equipment, and MK80,000 (USD 46) for the transportation of sound equipment and the Praise Team. We need to raise this money before 10th July this week for good final preparations. As such, we need more of your prayers so that the should provide us with resources before the actual event date. Your prayers mommy shall work miracles.
Publicity is being done. Posters for the event are everywhere. Fliers are being distributed. We shall have a very great souls harvesting event.
You prayers for the event are needed 100 percent. I have received a report today from the event location that people are so excited to have such a event at their location.

Hey Jimmy,
That is great news about the 86 members coming up with the transport money! That is a good start and shows commitment. I will absolutely be praying 100 percent for the Lord to provide the MK85,000 for the sound equipment rental and the MK80,000 for the transport by July 10th.
Regarding donations from our website, probably not quite yet. We need to bring people to know about our important ministry. I will work hard and pray constantly, directing my efforts toward God’s ministry in Malawi!
