1. The BBM harvesters group has organized this first outreach.
2. The whole church shall go to this outreach.
3. Location local leaders already informed.
4. Meeting venue already identified and local leaders have approved it.
5. Outreach publicity to begin this week through posters, fliers and some hired public announcements.
6. There shall be a hired sound equipment (PA System).
7. The Praise Team shall leave for the outreach at 10.00 am for them to start singing at the meeting venue before the actual event time. This attracts more people.
8. All people shall leave for the outreach at 11.30 am on their personal transport money but on the same hired transport vehicles.
9. From 12.00pm to 13.30pm shall be door to door evangelism.
10. The crusade starts at 14.00pm
11. Senior Pastor Jimmy Chirambo is the one to preach the word of truth, and shall lead people into confession and repentance prayer.
